monstrARTity Creative Community (“monstrARTity”,”us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://www.monstrartity.com (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

- Sign-up for access to our Goodie Package
- Or submit a #MonsterArts for Seniors Request for Workshop form,
- Or fill in and submit our form to download the MAY Teacher’s Package,
- Or fill out our Employment Application form
We ask for your contact information, including items such as name, address, email address, and telephone number as well as other various types of personal information such as school name.
Third Party Services Used for Information Collection
We also collect personal information when you submit any of the external Google Forms that we have linked on our website. Linked meaning our website has either buttons, imagery or hyperlink text that when clicked will redirect you to a specific Google Form. Google Forms are identifiable by the URL format https://docs.google.com/forms/ in your browser’s search bar.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Any of our linked Inquiry Google Forms
- Any of our linked Workshop Request Google Forms
- Any of our linked Artist Application Google Forms
- Any of our linked Vendor Application Google Forms
- Any of our linked Volunteer Application Google Forms
The form response data collected through Google Forms is stored by Google in a spreadsheet on Google Drive, which is customary when using Google Forms. Google’s use of your information is governed by their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service which we encourage you to read for more detail.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect from the Site forms (direct collection) as well as the third-party services (Google Forms) in various ways, including to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our website
- Improve, personalize, and expand our website
- Understand and analyze how people use our website
- Communicate with you
- for customer service
- to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website
- to provide you with the information or resources you requested from us (e.g. Goodie Package, MAY Teacher’s Package)

Donations and Payments
Visitors to the Site have the option to donate to MonstrARTity, while our vendor partners can submit their fees on the Site. We use third-party services to accept and process all donations and fees (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

MonstrARTity does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Data Breach Notification
