monstrARTity is seeking multiple videographers for a variety of upcoming projects, including:

  • Multi-cam shoot of a 2-day outdoor festival
  • Editing footage of stage performances from the festival
  • Editing a series of 1-minute videos that will show prospective sponsors what they can gain by sponsoring our festival
  • Interviewing local artists and creating 2-3min documentaries about their work

Track the performance of all ads & boosted posts, recommend improvements and document processes related to algorithmic marketing

Your abilities:

Pre-production
Develop benefits for different sponsorship levels and create a sponsorship campaign calendar

Production
Contact sponsors and agencies to pitch benefits, and oversee the fulfillment of benefits for all deals made

Post-production
Document best practices and recommend improvements to pitch materials (sponsor decks, direct emails, online content, videos etc) based on data

*monstrARTity is a hybrid team. Independent work takes place remotely while events, weekly Tuesday team meetings and other stakeholder meetings are sometimes virtual and sometimes in-person in the GTA.
