Looking for Field Placements?

Students studying in Arts Administration, Event Marketing, Event Management and similar fields are welcome to apply to any of the “Associate Coordinator & Specialist” roles listed above for field placements. Please specify in your application whether you’re looking for a paid or unpaid placement. All placement students will automatically be considered for FT or PT paid positions at the end of their placement.

Positions will support the following programs:

  • #BollywoodMonster Mashup, a free multi-day South Asian arts festival with concerts, dance, food, family activities and celebrity meet & greets;
  • #MonsterArts, where professional artists provide South Asian arts workshops to children and seniors; and
  • #MonsterMasterclass, a business & marketing mentorship program for selected professional artists practicing South Asian art forms

*monstrARTity is a hybrid team. Independent work takes place remotely while events, weekly Tuesday team meetings and other stakeholder meetings are in-person in Mississauga
